CISOC Certified Italian-English-Italian Community Interpreter. Over 6 years of experience as Interpreter working with the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) and Calgary Board of Education (CBE). Volunteering as Interpreter for the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA) assisting immigrant women and their families with interpretation during settlement and referral services, legal clinics, medical appointments and counseling services.
Many hours of my experience as a community interpreter were developed working for WCB, so in a medical field.
I’m also an active community interpreter for the the legal system and different immigration agencies.
As a translator I founded my own company Easy Communication on March 2016 but I also collaborate with many translation agencies in Canada and Italy.
Having a Master Degree in Engineering I have a natural preference for scientific documents but my greater experience, due to the market demand, is in translating legal documents and personal certificates needed to apply for the Italian/Canadian citizenship.
